POSITION: Project Mobius Area Representatives for NCR, South Luzon, Central Luzon, North Luzon, other regional territories

General Job description:

The Project Mobius Area Representative will assist the Mobius Area Representative in doing their regular field routine including selling of ePoints, installation of game clients, distribution and posting of marketing collaterals, survey and data gathering, player acquisition, building and maintaining café database and building relationship with cafes.

This two month project is divided into two phases, – building café database, posting of marketing collaterals and cafe saturation (phase 1) and player acquisition (phase 2).

Duties & Responsibilities

· Build relationships, including hosting and attending events and parties.

· Act as a partner in building the business of the Internet Gaming Cafes and provide support to owners.

· Provide detailed product recommendations for customers and provide pre-sales and post sales support to end users, resellers and distributors.

· Identify and build rapport with staff, owners and managers of internet gaming cafes and points of sale.

· Promote all game contents / products of Mobius.

· Conduct presentations and game tutorials to persuade Internet Gaming Cafes and gamers to patronize Mobius products and services

· Assist in various sales and marketing campaigns.

· Manage Player Acquisition Programs in cafes.

· Deliver marketing collaterals.

· Perform other functions that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

· Vocational Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferred

· Knowledge in MS office application

· 1 year of work experience as a commissioned field sales representative in any of the following areas: real estate, pharmaceutical sales, card sales or similar

· online gaming experience is an advantage

· Must be flexible, hardworking, aggressive and a team player

· With excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Self motivated

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Regional Senior Mobius Area Representative

General Job Description:

The Senior Mobius Area Representative is responsible for the roll out of new game contents and the expansion drive in regional territories outside the National Capital Region. He is also responsible for the achievement of the revenue target of his assigned area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise a team of Mobius Area Representatives.

· Train newly hired MARs in the systems, processes and procedures of the department and the company.

· Secure and maintain all information vital to distribution of e-cards in his designated area or responsibility.

· Sell cards for the purpose of getting the Internet Cafes order more e-cards from the Distributors.

· Ensure that all MARs submit their reports on time.

· Evaluate performance of MARs on a weekly basis and ensure that these reviews are in writing.

· Provide coaching to staff whenever necessary.

· Liquidate expenses in a timely manner to ensure that distribution activities will not be derailed or hampered by lack of funds.

· Perform other tasks that will be assigned by Mobius Area Manager from time to time.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferred

· 2 years of work experience as a commissioned field sales representative preferably in a supervisory capacity in any of the following areas: real estate, pharmaceutical sales, card sales or similar

· online gaming experience is an advantage

· Must be flexible, hardworking, aggressive and a team player

· With excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Self motivated
